Okay, so i havent blogged in so long; mainly for two reasons, 1) I've been revising and just havent had time at all and 2) the weather has been awful, constantly heavy rain and i dont really fancy getting my camera wet, haha.

But, say hello to my new creepers!. I thought they were wonderful and seem somewhat more summery as opposed to my black ones. And given my creeper addiction i just had to have them.

I paired them with my matte leggings and this mint coloured jumper i recently got-which again, has become one of my other addicitions-the mint colour that is. I've bought so many mint coloured pieces recently i'm having to stop myself buying any thing else every time i go shopping (which has become a little too often if i'm honest)

Sorry for the lack of posts recently, i'm currently trying to tackle mountains of work and revision.

Given that today's weather has been all rainy and miserable, i put together this simple little outfit. I think this jumper is just perfect for this season; i love the pastel lemon colour, and the fact that its so comfy and lightweight is super :)

Say hello to my new riding pants which my boyfriend very kindly bought me for my birthday after months of subtly dropping hints about how much i really wanted them, as i couldnt quite justify spending £64 on a pair myself, haha (i'm planning on getting the green pair next). But then again, after wearing them today, i can most certainly say that they are worth the money! They are so comfortable, and the way they fit your body is just a dream.

I paired them with this beautiful little buttoned up pastel shirt which i found in my favourite vintage shop, Blue rinse. Although you can't really see too well on the photo, as well as lilac, it has shades of mint and light pinks, which i think make it a quirky yet perfect little find for this seasons pastel trends.

Okay, so i made this Blush pink bralet for textiles inspired by Dior's New Look of the 1950's, Alexander McQueen's S/S'12 collection showcased at Paris fashion week and the current garments being sold in Topshop.

As part of the testing/evaluation process, i'm supposed to get comments/opinions from others on the garment, so i thought it would be a good idea to use my blog to do so! So i really really really *emphasis on the really* would like it if you just commented your view on the top. Thankyou!

First of all....IT'S MY BIRTHDAY TODAY, WOOO.

Second of all, sorry for the rather wind swept-don't know what i'm doing-idiot looking pose on the second photo haha.

I like adding something 'different' to my outfits, and given that pastels and soft shades are one of this seasons biggest trends i decided to pair this pastel pink cropped top(colour hasnt photographed to great) and these light denim legging/trousers with my leather jacket and creepers to give it a little 60's vibe. Sometimes i often find myself wishing that i was born into an era with a bit of swing and movement, like the 60's.

I'm never really big on doing things for my birthday and don't really make a fuss of it- although last year me and my best friend took a trip down to London for a few days which was a-mazing. Tonight i'm just going out for a meal and then most likely coming home to lie on the sofa and watch hours of An idiot abroad (i am now the proud owner of the box set woo).
